Technical design
During this design phase we provide a complete specification of the equipment and facilities set in the conceptual design during the spa planning phase. SPA Boutique we prepare detailed projects in all parts – Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, concerning the engineering infrastructure necessary for the proper, healthy and energy efficient operation of a SPA.
- Electrical part – In modern SPAs and wellness centers, the electrical power consumption required for all specialized equipment, along with all other consumers – lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, etc., is significantly high. Therefore, the Electrical part design is an essential part of the overall planning of the SPA and wellness areas. The power that is needed, as well as its distribution, requires the competence of an expert to get a good, energy efficient and working solution for your spa and wellness center.
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning part (HVAC) – Regardless of the type of thermal room or cabin - sauna, steam bath, hammam, relaxation room, swimming pool, changing rooms, common areas, etc. - Proper ventilation and temperature management are crucial for the comfort and health of guests and have a significant impact on the efficiency of the thermal room and space. The key to proper ventilation is the supply of oxygen to the premises and especially the thermal cabins (saunas, steam baths, etc.). Low oxygen levels will affect the way people feel and may even make them feel bad. Spores of molds, fungi and bacteria easily grow in a warm and humid environment, so properly designed ventilation will help dry the cabins and areas in the spa and minimize the health risks associated with these microorganisms.
- Water supply and sewerage part (Plumbing) – This is one of the key components for the successful installation and operation of wet areas, as it is related to maintenance, cleaning, health and safety.
